The product was exactly what we expected. We only had a problem with the harness and contacted the company. They were apologetic and sent a replacement which arrived in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the product and the superior service.

Impressive piece of equipment for such a minimal price. The only ding I have with it is the harness they provide is equipped with a very weak metal link that hooks up to the sled. It bent right out of shape in no time haha. It's ok, I'll just pick up a stronger link from a hardware shop.
