I just started a boot camp for ordinary folk and found it to be a great help and very humbling. I bought one for each of my grandsons after finding out how much help they can be. On my first attempt I could do nothing. On my second, I could not do much more but I did see obvious improvement which prompted me to buy the other two. You don't have to be an athlete to benefit from this and they take up very little space for storing.

I bought this for the owner of the crossfit gym I go to. He had been wanting one for a while and was expecting one for his birthday but didn't. For Christmas I thought, perfect gift. We use this item almost every single day during our warm-up. It's a lot of fun and has personally made my footwork faster already. I would definitely buy this product for my own home use or to take with me to the park.
A few things I was not entirely satisfied with was the color is not the one pictured of red and black, it was a neon greenish color for the ladder rungs and black. In addition, unless you are somewhat proficient in using the ladder it needs to be secured with stakes in the ground. We use it often inside the gym which has rubber floors, making that impossible so people who are not as good get tripped up and we have to readjust the ladder.
